This service is free! Orders are sent by Registered Air Mail. Delivery time to the USA is typically 10 business days after we have sent the order, though it can take longer.We guarantee delivery and, if necessary, we will reship your order for free.
We normally process your order within 24 hours but for backordered items or during peak activity periods it may take longer. You are provided with real-time order status
updates via our order status form, found on the left-hand side of the screen.
Our Shipping Guarantee: We guarantee delivery of your order directly to your door. If you have not received your package for any reason we will reship your package for free. If you contact us by e-mail with a valid order number we will promptly reply. Please know that our software prioritises your email and we will address the most urgent first. Return PolicyBy law, we regret that we are unable to accept returned pharmaceuticals. If your purchase is defective in any way, we will be pleased to replace it at no cost to you.
